As the “host,” you may invite up to 16 guests to an intimate round table experience with the theme of: kostbar – valuable dialogues.”
Why 16? Because that is precisely the number of seats around our lovingly set, monumental wooden table. In this unique setting, a lively yet private exchange among your guests unfolds – complemented by a short keynote from you or an inspiring guest speaker (whom we are happy to arrange on request).
The evening is by a fine selection of wines and a perfectly paired menu, created and presented by one of our top chefs.

Our all-inclusive package offers a full day dedicated to meetings, conferences, and workshops. You will receive a tailor-made program that covers venue hire, technical equipment, and catering – everything you need for a perfect day with us
Example of a day package:
Start at 8:00 a.m. with an alpine-style breakfast and Lavazza coffee specialties. At midday, enjoy a buffet featuring handmade pasta, a selection of breads, and a fresh salad bar. Around 3:00 p.m., teatime awaits with handmade petits fours. Sweet treats and water (sparkling and still) are included throughout the day. The program concludes around 6:00 p.m.
Total price: €89 per person (plus VAT) for 16 participants.

Members gather at least twice a year for an exclusive evening at beratbar, dedicated to discovering outstanding new releases and rare treasures. These are all wines from the Alpine region – off the beaten track, unforgettable on both palate and heart. Each tasting is accompanied by perfectly paired gourmet dishes of the highest standard. Guests can also look forward to meeting acclaimed winemakers in person, who often bring along special bottles from their private cellars to share and discuss.
